Microsoft Stream is an Enterprise Video service where people in your organization can upload, view, and share videos securely. You can share recordings of classes, meetings, presentations, training sessions, or other videos that aid your team's collaboration.
Hi Dalia Hendy, For most Office 365 users, Teams meeting recordings are automatically uploaded to Microsoft Stream after a meeting. However, this behavior changed when users with A1 (including A1 Plus) licenses start a Teams meeting recording starting from August 20, 2020. The video stream is marked Good or Poor based on the value of a classifier score generated to estimate that the end user experienced Frozen Video. This classifier is available for Microsoft Teams product only. In this video I’ll show you how to add a Microsoft Stream video to Microsoft Teams. I’ll add a new tab to an existing Teams channel and then embed the Strea.
We are embarking on a new vision for Microsoft Stream that empowers users to create, share, discover, and manage video just as they would any other file. The help articles in this site are for Stream (Classic). As time goes on we'll add more articles about the new Stream. Learn more about our plans for the new Stream

Microsoft Stream is a secure video service so you can manage who views your video content and determine how widely to share within your organization. Secure application access is enabled by Azure Active Directory, a recognized leader in identity management systems, to protect sensitive corporate content.
Microsoft Stream also helps you organize content into channels and groups so it's easier to find. Microsoft Stream works well with other Microsoft 365 apps like Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, and Yammer, giving even more ways to discover more relevant content.
